This could be any manufacturing product that could built locally and help solve any problem related to Covid-19, from cleaning to social distancing to distance learning to personal protection and beyond. Judging for EnterpRISE is simple. Decisions are based on four criteria: - Is this a viable business idea? - Can this business scale up? - Can this business create jobs? - Will this business use Open Works' resources to grow? \* Founders must be residing in or attending college in Maryland or Washington D.C. at the time of the competition and be at least 16 years old. If your college is meeting virtually at this time and you are living in another state, you are still eligible.
