Terp Marketplace
Sell your product or service to UMD students, faculty and staff at an upcoming Terp Marketplace! Find out if what you have is a product or service people want and the price they are willing to pay. There simply isn't a better way to test the market than to get out there and try to sell what you have, even if it's not perfect yet. The Dingman Center will provide UMD student entrepreneurs with a table, chair, and tablecloth. Vendors bring their products, marketing materials, a sign with your name/logo and anything else to spruce up your table. Current UMD students are invited to sell their products at the event. Participation is free and is open to all current UMD students. UMD/Terp-themed merchandise must be properly licensed.

It was one of the most helpful resources for my venture. Too bad this is a generic test comment - if you want to see the real ones from local entrepreneurs, make a profile!

The Dingman Center is one of the nation’s pre-eminent institutions where the research, education and practice of entrepreneurship are pursued vigorously. We develop and execute curricular and non-curricular programs that uniquely leverage Smith School thought leadership, experiential learning and our network of practitioners to provide maximum resources to our startup community.
Every initiative is designed to support the Center’s mission within the Robert H. Smith School of Business:
We equip the next generation to launch and support ventures that advance industry and society;
We connect the University of Maryland to the innovation economy; and
We leverage thought leadership and our network to make entrepreneurs of all kinds more successful.
